Direction For Use:

STEP 1: Make sure your hands are clean and dry, and then carefully peel off the protective plastic films.
STEP 2: Gently press the nipple cover against your clean and dry breast surface, fully covering nipple area.
STEP 3: Use mildly warm water to prevent irritation and reapply the protective film to sustain the adhesiveness.
STEP 4: Rinse in lukewarm water, then use mild soap and delicate circular motions to clean both sides.
STEP 5: Air dry for 15-20 min in a dust-free spot.
