At Qween Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund, and under what conditions refunds are issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The item is returned in unused, unworn, and original condition
- All tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are included
- The return is approved after inspection by our team
2. When Refunds Are Granted
We offer full or partial refunds in the following situations:
✅ Approved Returns
Items that meet our Return Policy guidelines are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated).
✅ Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund, including shipping fees
✅ Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a full refund
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return/refund after delivery
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Item is used, worn, or damaged due to misuse
- Return request is made after the allowed return window
- Product is a non-returnable item (e.g., intimate items, custom-made items, final sale items)
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the original payment method used at checkout:
- Credit/Debit Card – may take 5–10 business days
- UPI/Wallets – typically within 3–5 business days
- PayPal or other methods – based on third-party provider timelines
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:
- Item not in original condition
- Missing packaging or parts
- Returned late (outside of return window)
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:
- Re-check your bank or payment account
- Contact your payment provider (some banks take extra time)

7. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at Projectqween.com@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for refund
- Photos (if applicable – damaged or incorrect items)
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll review your request and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
Step 3: Return the Product
If return is required, we will provide a return address and steps. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed.
