1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition
  • It must be returned with original tags, packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods 
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or customer error

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available), or for a different product of equal or lesser value.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at projectqween.com@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.


4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email projectqween.com@gmail.com within the return window and include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Once approved, ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card again
  2. Contact your payment provider – it may take a few days to process
  3. If you've done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at Projectqween.com@gmail.com

7. Return Shipping Address

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the shipping address and instructions by email.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
